Past President, Don Barlow, Honored The Westerville Kiwanis Club took their first meeting of 2010 to celebrate the Past President's Party. Each year, one meeting is set aside to celebrate the administrative year of the club president. January 6, 2010 was that night for Don Barlow. Don joins an elite group of club presidents who have served in the position twice. Congratulations Don!
